GENERAL SERVICE TERMS
• We strongly recommend checking returned items upon receipt and reporting any complaints to the courier at that time. The Customer understands that resolving later complaints is considerably more difficult, as the Customer generally cannot prove that the garment has not been used in the meantime. Complaints are accepted in Estonian by email at info@easyclean.ee.
• If an item is unusually expensive, Elite Clean OÜ asks to be informed separately so that it can assess whether the service can be provided. If we are not informed of its unusually high value, we assume that it is an ordinary item.
• Cleaned garments are stored free of charge for up to 1 month after the agreed collection date. After that, a storage fee of EUR 1 per day applies.
• If we cannot deliver the cleaned items to the Customer within 6 months, Elite Clean OÜ has the right to dispose of them or donate them to charity.
• Disputes are resolved by agreement. The parties may support their claims with evidence, including expert opinions. All damage, including damage arising from the dispute, is subject to compensation as provided by law.
• To improve service quality, telephone calls at Elite Clean OÜ are recorded and retained for a short period.
• Elite Clean OÜ uses video surveillance to provide evidence of declarations of intent or transactions made by the parties and to improve customer service.
SERVICE TERMS
By using the services of Elite Clean OÜ, you also agree to the following terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not wish to use our services.
Data security:
• The Customer provides personal details voluntarily so that the service can be as personalised as possible.
• Elite Clean OÜ does not disclose the information provided by the Customer to third parties or contact the Customer on matters unrelated to providing the service.
• If the Customer wishes to remain anonymous, the Customer understands that Elite Clean OÜ will not know the party to the transaction or the lawful owner of the item. Any later enforcement of liability is considerably more difficult than when the Customer provides personal details.
• An anonymous customer may collect the cleaned item by presenting the receipt. Elite Clean OÜ does not undertake to check whether the person presenting the receipt is actually entitled to collect the item.
• The name, telephone number and address of the Customer are known only to Elite Clean OÜ. Items are sent for laundry/dry cleaning under an order number, ensuring complete customer anonymity.
Situations in which the liability of Elite Clean OÜ is limited:
• By bringing a garment for cleaning, the Customer understands that it is a used item and will not be returned as a new garment. The Customer receives a used garment that has been cleaned.
• Although Elite Clean OÜ uses the best available cleaning technology, not all stains may be removed. The best result depends on accurate information from the Customer about how the stains occurred. It is important to provide correct information about the origin of stains.
• A garment also wears during cleaning. Every treatment affects the garment. By bringing it for cleaning, the Customer requests and accepts this treatment.
• Garment manufacturers use highly specific materials and treatments. If the care instructions are missing or incorrect, it is not always possible to guarantee the correct reaction of the material to cleaning or the required cleaning result. The garment may remain uncleaned, become damaged and/or become unusable.
• Where the material has been damaged by earlier treatment, such as stain removal, cleaning, ironing, drying or washing, it is not possible to establish the extent of treatment or the substances used. The correct reaction to cleaning and the required result cannot therefore be guaranteed. The garment may remain uncleaned, become damaged and/or become unusable.
• The wear, chemical composition, previous environment, frequency of use and age of buttons, press studs, zips, zip ends, buckles and glued, sewn, embroidered or ironed-on decorations are unknown. Their correct reaction to cleaning and the required cleaning result cannot be guaranteed. They may become damaged, unusable and/or detach from the garment.
• Each item is individual and is also inspected by an Elite Clean OÜ employee at the laundry. Where there is an evident risk of damage, the employee will draw attention to it separately.
• Elite Clean OÜ is not responsible for items left in pockets.
• Items brought for cleaning may bleed colour. Elite Clean OÜ is not responsible for this.
ROMAN BLIND CLEANING TERMS
During cleaning, the small rings through which the cords run may be lost, break or come loose. Roman blinds may also shrink by up to 30%. Cleaning is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Customer; the dry cleaner is not responsible for these outcomes.
Please note: we rehang curtains only if we also take them down.
Please note: if curtains are higher than 3.5 metres, a 50% surcharge is added to the cleaning price when we take them down and rehang them.
CURTAIN CLEANING TERMS
CLEANING IS ENTIRELY AT THE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Curtains may shrink by up to 30% during cleaning.
Fold marks and creases may remain because curtains are folded and placed on hangers after cleaning and finishing. The dry cleaner is not responsible for remaining fold marks or creases. Fabric in older curtains may be very fragile and may tear during cleaning. Hidden defects may also be present. Physical treatment of the fabric during cleaning may cause threads to run, pucker or develop other defects. Small holes that were not visible before cleaning may become significantly larger. Curtains may become unusable after cleaning.
On blackout curtains, the rubber or film on the reverse blackout layer may detach during cleaning, especially after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Sheer curtains means very thin, transparent curtains, including tulle curtains.
Heavy curtains includes all side curtains made from thicker fabrics and linen curtains.
Please note: we rehang curtains only if we also take them down.
Please note: if curtains are higher than 3.5 metres, a 50% surcharge is added to the cleaning price when we take them down and rehang them.
